1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Must be unused and in original condition
Must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any)
Must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration (unless defective upon arrival)

2. Return Timeframe

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Any requests submitted after this period may not be accepted

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
The refund will be issued via:

- Original payment method (where applicable)

4. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges under the following conditions:

You received a defective product
You received an incorrect item

In such cases, no additional charges will be applied for the exchange.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

6. Non-Returnable Items
